Step 1.

Set your Sioux Falls home search criteria. Start with the basics such as the number of bedrooms and bath. All prices are negotiable so add a little to the upper and lower dollar limits. The square footage of the home is acceptable criteria, however the price usually overrules that.

Step 2.

Pick the area where you want to live. Since there are so many homes for sale in Sioux Falls you will drive yourself crazy if you look at every home.

Step 3.

Save time and get organized. Listen to this easy solution.

Design Your Search

June 29, 2010 by Jimmy Morrow · Leave a Comment

How easy would it be to have all of the homes that meet your buying criteria organized and saved for you. By the way, there is no cost to you, or any obligations to helping you out.

Here is how it works…

  1. Determine the criteria of the home you are wanting to buy. Your guidelines might be 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, at least 2,200 square feet, 3 car garage, on the South side of Sioux Falls, and priced under $200,000… and let’s add that it is within 10 miles from where you work. Easy enough…
  2. Discuss your plans with Jimmy. He will set up your personal profile and send you the link to your private online real estate info center.
  3. It gets better… All of the listings that meet your criteria will be maintained in your personal profile online. Let’s say you initially have 20 homes that meet your search guidelines. You can review each of these homes online at your leisure, any time of the day. You can save the homes you want to visit, and you can delete the homes that you do not like.
  4. Have the new listings emailed to you. So… whenever a new home comes on the market that meets your guidelines, you are immediately notified via email or by phone. Plus… if there is a change in status regarding one of the homes that you have saved, you will also be notified. A couple of examples of that may be if there is a change in the price, or if the house is now a pending sale due to an inspection.

How easy is that? Saves you time, and removes the stress and feelings of being overwhelmed.

Contact Jimmy by email or phone, to discuss your plans. It is easy to do.

Also visit SiouxFallsHomeBuilders.com to learn about Sioux Falls Home Builders. Finding the builder for your Sioux Falls Home may be challenging because there are so many quality builders.

Meet with several builders before making your decision… or you may end up regreting it. Who is building homes that look fresh and appealing? Which homes have curb appeal? Who talks with you, rather than at you?

Don’t get emotional about the lot… because then you may get stuck with a builder you don’t like. Just move on… the lot of a lifetime comes along every day. Like in any relationship… if you and your home builder do not get along… then neither of you are likely to treat the other fairly.

Below are several Sioux Falls Home Builders. This list is in no particular order… and by no means exhaustive. Contact Jimmy Morrow to be featured as a Sioux Falls Home Builder.

4 Tips to Help You Qualify for a Mortgage

Sioux Falls Mortgage Tips

By Marshall Loeb

RISMEDIA, Qualifying for a mortgage is certainly not as easy as it used to be. The turmoil that has gripped the housing and the credit markets has led to lenders tightening their approval standards. But while it is more difficult to qualify, it is not impossible.

From www.peoplejam.com, an online self-help community, here are four tips to help you improve your chances of getting a mortgage:

1. Check your credit reports. The three main reporting agencies are Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. You’ll want to make sure that all the information on these reports is correct. If you find some information that is incorrect, you should report the discrepancy immediately to all three reporting agencies. Anything negative on your credit report can hurt you, even if it’s not right.

2. Boost your FICO score. Most mortgage lenders use the FICO score to determine if a borrower will default. Because the score measures your ability to repay a loan, there are steps you can take to improve it. Pay down your debt, pay all your credit accounts on time and keep open accounts with a $0 balance.

1. Talk to a mortgage broker or lender to get prequalified for a mortgage. This will help you to determine your price range so that you don’t waste time looking at homes that you can’t afford to buy.
