SEPTEMBER 14, 2009, SIOUX FALLS, SD —- The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire (HBASE) is proud to announce this year’s Fall Parade Award of Excellence winners. During the judging competition numerous considerations were made, such as curb appeal, floor plan, kitchen design and use of lighting. These other special features were also considered: decorating, energy efficiency, marketing techniques and workmanship.

This year’s Fall Parade of Homes, held two weekends this year (September 12-14 & 19-21), is showcasing over 70 homes built by over 45 builders in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg and Tea. The Parade of Homes™ Committee recognizes the time and effort that goes into these homes through prestigious awards called “Award of Excellence”. Special thanks to the volunteers who helped judge the homes entered in the Award competition. The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire produces the Parade of Homes™ sponsored by Thornton Flooring Outlet (gold), Marvin Windows (silver) and Truss-Pro’s, Inc (bronze).
